When playing Zoom, make sure to open in this order: - Open Holdem Manager - Open Poker Stars - Begin Importing hands - Begin playing hands. If you experience issues connecting to, or starting, PostgreSQL try the following solutions: 1 - Make sure windows is up to date. Older patches have known issues that cause problems with PostgreSQL. Ensure the necessary services are enabled. Make sure Secondary Logon and PostgreSQL services are started and configured to Startup type: Automatic. Try using the reset password option on the PostgreSQL connection screen in HM2. If you initially installed PostgreSQL with Pokertracker the password might be dbpass or you might have chosen a personal password. Use HM2s reset password option 4 - Delete Postmaster.pid file from: C:PostgreSQLdata or C:Program FilesPostgreSQL8.xdatapostmaster.pid The file might not be there. DONT DELETE ANY FILES WITH SIMILAR NAMES Delete the postmaster.pid file 5 - Make sure your running HoldemManager as an admin by following these instructions.
